With growing lists of use-them-or-lose-them benefits that might reset quarterly, monthly, or twice a year and annual fees that keep going up, there's more to keep track of on your travel credit cards than ever.
We're here to help. From the Platinum Card® from American Express to the Chase Sapphire Reserve® to dozens of co-branded airline and hotel cards, we've created a one-of-a-kind (and shockingly easy-to-use) tool to help you monitor and maximize all the benefits and come out ahead. And yes, it's free!
After launching last month, we've revamped this tool to make it even bigger and better. You can now track more than 40 top travel cards from all the big banks and loyalty programs (more than twice as many – keep reading for the full list!) You'll get a color-coded reminder on your homepage for each card that has a benefit expiring soon. And best of all, you can now separately track cards for your spouse or travel companion – aka your Player 2, or P2!
Just enter your email and watch your inbox: We'll send you an email to get started shortly. We'll also put you on the list for our free weekly points and miles newsletter, The Extra Mile – if you're already a subscriber, just enter your email below.
If you're already using the previous version of our spreadsheet, you'll want to download this new one!
These spreadsheets make it easy to get organized in one place. Start by selecting each card you've got and they'll automatically appear as tabs below. Enter your spouse or partner's name in the highlighted field and you'll see the same options. From there, click through to each card and start marking each credit or benefit you've used.
It's really that simple.

There's no sensitive data, personal information, or account credentials necessary to use this – just download it and manually track whichever cards you want. Plus, there are a handful of neat features you won't find in other tools, including:
- New! Add and track cards separately for your spouse or partner, aka your P2!
- New! You'll now get a visual cue on your card hub when each card has a benefit(s) set to expire in the next 30 days (in orange) or within two weeks (in red), so you know to check that card's sheet for more details.
- On each card's spreadsheet, you'll also get a clear warning as each individual credit or benefit is approaching its expiration date! Unused credits will turn orange when they're set to expire within the next 30 days – or red when you've got just two weeks to put them to use before they disappear.
- Each spreadsheet will automatically tally up the total value you've gotten as you mark each credit as used and turn green at the top once you've recouped your entire annual fee.
- You can even adjust the value of each credit if they're not worth the sticker price to you. For example, I don't value a CLEAR® Plus subscription on my Platinum Card at anywhere near the full $209 – I'll probably mark that closer to $100, maybe even less.
- Same goes for lounge access and free baggage benefits: You can customize these benefits based upon how much you value them (and how often you use them) to add to your card's running total.
Is it a bit ridiculous that it practically requires a spreadsheet like this to get the most out of a travel credit card? It sure is. But here we are.

Would like this spreadsheet please!
Hi Brandon. We’ve just sent it! Please let us know if you don’t receive it.
Hi- interested in the tracking spreadsheet. Thanks!
Interested in getting this spreadsheet – Thank you!
I get it, you guys want new people to sign up to your newsletter but for those of us already subscribed, this is a flop.
If we are already subscribed, we are sent the typical newsletter announcing this, and just making us go through the same process like anything else, not considering the fact that we are already subscribed and might as well just provide a link directly in the newsletter. Ironically, now I am not receiving the email to download this spreadsheet.
Change your process, if we are already subscribed just give us the link, it’s an annoying and poorly executed idea otherwise.
Yes, the only way I could get the sheet is to give another email address , and not the one I use to subscribe to the newsletter and everything else. Until I saw your post, I couldn’t figure out why despite repeatedly putting my email address and finding all the motorcycles and bus stops to prove I was a human, I still couldn’t get it Emailed to me.
Upgrade me to the newest version of the spreadsheet.
Please add the Atmos card!
Would love to see this as an app! 🙂

I cannot wait to see the spreadsheet. I need to get organized
I signed up to receive the tracker several days ago – but nothing so far.
I believe I used my gmail but have used another below just in case that was a problem! Please send (or resend).
I have provided 2 different emails in this thread and also replied to Instagram post to get the tracker – so far nothing…does this really exist?
please email us at [email protected] and we will get to the bottom of this.
Looking for the Citi/AA Executive World Elite MasterCard and Marriott Bonvoy Boundless
Thanks!
Hello! A friend recommended this tracker but it has not come through my e-mail. I’ve checked Junk/Spam and it is not in there either. Any recommendations?
We occasionally have issues delivering to Hotmail and other MSN domains. If possible, try another email address.
Could you add the regular Capital One Venture (NOT Venture X) to the tracker? Thanks!
I got it now, it just came through! Thank you! 🙂
I would love it for the Hilton amex and the Citi strata card:)
I have requested the free credit card tracker a few times and have not rec’d it. thanks
Hi Steve, can you check your spam or promotions folders in your email? It looks like the email was delivered yesterday.
This is a valued tool. Good of you to think about this and put it out there.
I’d love to see the spreadsheet on Chase Sapphire Reserve as an example before signing up for yet another newsletter.
The other cards i use are: Amex Blue Cash, Capital Savor, Amex Marriott Brilliant
CITI American Airlines Executive Platinum Card w/ free Admirals Club access. I can never keep track of what else it has versus my Amex Plat card and Cap One Venture

Love this! It’s better than my personal tracker. 😀
Thanks for doing this. Please add the following cards:
(1) The new joint Alaskan/Hawaiian Atmos Rewards Card
(2) Cards from Citibank (American Airlines cards both personal and business)
(3) Cards from Barclays (JetBlue, Miles & More)
(4) Amtrak card from FNBO
(5) The Chase Ritz-Carlton card (a super-premium card)
Thank you for your kind consideration!
Please add:
The Capital One Venture Rewards card
The Barklay Aviator card
Citi Mile Up card
Southwest Rapid Rewards card
Marriott Bonvoy Bold card
This is great. Thank you. Can you add the Capital One Venture (not x) and the Capital One Savor.
What security in place? Who will have access to the data?
Great question. Only the individual user will have access to their own data. You either make a copy of our master Google Sheet – which we then have no access to – or download a blank Excel file.
We have absolutely no interest in gathering any private data.
Can’t wait to try- Maybe add CapOne Savor too. Great bennies for transfer to CapOne VentX & 3% cash back on groceries, etc. I get confused on which types of stores & subscriptions are covered tho
Love, love and love your tool. I would love to use this TRACKER! So helpful ! Thank you
This tool seems great, but can you add Citi cards as well? Thanks!
