Calala Island (Hilton)
Located off the coast of Nicaragua, Calala Island is the definition of exclusive — and one of the toughest all-inclusive resorts to book with points anywhere in the world.
This near-private island joined Hilton’s portfolio last year through its new partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). Translation? Hilton members can now use points to book a stay at Calala Island.

Hilton Points will book you into one of just a handful of beachfront villas, and with everything from snorkeling and paddleboarding to island-hopping adventures and private rum tastings included, it’s the ultimate tropical escape.
Finding award nights here is no easy feat — but if you do, expect to shell out 150,000 Hilton points per night. That’s a steal for a resort that often runs $4,000+ per night. Just keep in mind you’ll need to book at least three nights … though if you’ve got Hilton status, you might as well stretch it to five and get your 5th night free.

Hermitage Bay (Hilton)
Tucked along a stunning stretch of white sand in Antigua, is a dreamy, adults-only, all-inclusive resort with just 30 villas — meaning you’ll feel like you’ve got this slice of the Caribbean all to yourself.
As part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), it’s now bookable with Hilton points. If you can find standard room award availability, it will cost 150,000 Hilton points per night. But that's a great deal when cash rates can easily top $4,000 a night.
You’ll need to book at least three nights, but if you’ve got Hilton status, stretch it to five nights to get your fifth night free.

From the moment you land in Antigua (ANU), you’ll be treated like royalty with VIP escort service through customs and immigration before hopping into a private SUV straight to the resort. Once there, you’ll check into a beachfront villa just steps from the ocean or a garden-view pool villa tucked into lush tropical greenery.
Our executive editor, Kyle, recently stayed here and still can’t stop talking about the incredible dining, over-the-top service, and jaw-dropping views.

Riverview Ranch Retreat & Western Adventures (Hilton)
Thrifty Traveler Premium+ hotel alerts subscribers recently got a deal for the Riverview Ranch Retreat, which fetches a whopping $5,600 per night if you're paying cash.
If you're not familiar, the ranch is a luxurious, all-inclusive property near Missoula, Montana, which is part of Hilton’s partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH).

This is one of the best Hilton redemptions currently available at 130,000 points per night compared to the cash rates.
The ranch gets rave reviews for its exceptional service, incredible farm-to-table dining, and a huge range of activities—perfect for all ages. Relax at the spa, unwind in the jacuzzi or sauna, or get active with horseback riding lessons, jet skiing, mountain biking, and more.
Your points cover almost everything – meals, drinks, activities, complimentary roundtrip airport transfers, and more.

Your points will put you into a King Lakefront Suite, which features a private lake view deck, firepit, fully stocked mini-fridge, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Alila Ventana Big Sur (Hyatt)
With cash prices of $2,000 a night or more, Hyatt's Alila Ventana Big Sur is one of the most aspirational properties for points and miles aficionados, period. So go figure; it's also one of the hardest to book with points.
The resort gets rave reviews for its serene location on California's coast and excellent amenities. And it's all-inclusive, so everything (except alcohol) is included in your stay, even when booking with points.
Even though it's an all-inclusive resort, it still prices out based on Hyatt's standard category award chart. It's a category 8 property, which means a standard room can cost as few as 35,000 points per night or, more often, as much as 45,000 points per night.
But compared to cash rates that can easily run $2,000-plus per night, it's an incredible deal—arguably the best on this entire list.

There's a catch: Hyatt doesn't make standard rooms at the property available for booking with points and miles often. Case in point: You can search the entire calendar without finding a single standard night award bookable with points.
But when inventory is available, it's one of the best deals in the points and miles world. And Thrifty Traveler Premium+ hotel alerts subscribers will be the first to know when bookable nights are available. We sent our subscribers a hotel alert earlier this year!
Miraval Resorts in Arizona, Texas & Massachusetts (Hyatt)
Spanning three U.S. locations in Arizona, Texas, and Massachusetts, Miraval properties are all-inclusive, adults-only resorts that are among the most luxurious you'll find.
Back in 2017, Miraval was acquired by Hyatt, making the resorts bookable with World of Hyatt points. If you're paying cash, expect to pay a few thousand dollars a night, depending on the location.
Fortunately, you can book these properties with points, but beware: It won't come cheap! The Miraval resorts don't fit into Hyatt's regular award charts, so free nights range from 58,000 Hyatt points to as much as 72,000 points (for two people).
That makes them the most expensive you'll find in Hyatt's portfolio. That said, you're still getting outsized value for your points since a night at any of these properties could easily cover someone's rent or mortgage payment.

Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana (Hyatt)
There's a lot to love about the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Cap Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort itself is located inside the Cap Cana gated community right on Playa Juanillo, which has arguably some of the most beautiful blue waters in Punta Cana.

Between the incredible service, beautiful facilities, and the incredible location, and how easy it is to book, our CEO and founder Jared considers it the best all-inclusive resort he has ever been to after staying in 2021.
Whether you're staying on the adults-only side (Zilara) or traveling with family members under 18 (Ziva side), this property is super easy to book. However, due to recent devaluations, nights that used to cost just 25,000 World of Hyatt points now run for double at 50,000 points per night (for two guests).
Your points will book you into a Junior Suite King or Double Room. The rooms are roughly 600 square feet and equipped with everything you would expect at a higher-end resort.

Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen and Impression Moxche by Secrets (Hyatt)
Travelers headed to Mexico's Riviera Maya have an overwhelming number of all-inclusive resorts to choose from, but there's two that deserve a spot at the top of your list: Secrets Moxché and Secrets Impression Moxché adults-only resorts near Playa del Carmen.
The Impression Moxche is located within the broader Secrets Moxché property and is the ultra high end resort that fetches $1,500+ per night or 50,000 to 58,000 World of Hyatt points.

Secrets Moxché is located just five minutes north of downtown Playa del Carmen and a little over 30 miles south of the Cancún International Airport (CUN). From the Cancún airport, it’ll take you about 40 minutes to reach this hotel as it's just beyond Riviera Maya.
Our chief flight analyst, Jon, stayed here back in 2023 and considers the Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen one of the most beautiful all-inclusive resorts he's ever been to. It used to be bookable for as low as 25,000 points to 40,000 points a night. But now, it'll likely cost you between 35,000 to 55,000 points per night. That sure beats paying $600-plus per night!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun (Hyatt)
The Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is an all-suites, adults-only, all-inclusive located along the Yucatan Peninsula in Cancun, Mexico.

Nights here range from 25,000 to 35,000 Hyatt points per night, which is a great deal compared to paying between $500 and $1000-plus per night. This is a stellar redemption because you also get unlimited dining and drinks.

Your points will book you into a Junior Suite Tropical View King or Double, which comes with a fully stocked minibar and is equipped with a private patio and full bathroom with a hot tub.
Almare, a Luxury Collection Resort, Isla Mujeres (Marriott)
Marriott has a brand-new, adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Isla Mujeres (just off the coast of Cancún), Almare, a Luxury Collection Resort. Nights are bookable from just 88,000 Marriott points a night.
Remember: Your points cover everything but tips and transport!

Five restaurants are on site, serving Mayan and Mexican cuisine as well as European fusion. Almare is an adults-only resort, and children under 18 are not allowed.

Free night awards book you into a king room or a two double bed room, both equipped with a balcony. This is a great way to redeem Marriott points (or free night certificates) considering peak season nights often cost $800 to $1,000 or more.
W Punta Cana (Marriott)
Book one of the newest all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean with a stay at the W Punta Cana this summer using your Marriott Bonvoy points. This is an adults-only property: Guests must be at least 18 years old.

W is one of Marriott's top brands, and this Dominican property set to open on April 15 will be its first-ever all-inclusive resort. Nights from June through September are now bookable for 137,000 points per night, which is steep.
But compared to the $700-plus nightly rates Marriott is charging, this is a decent Marriott redemption—especially if you book at least five nights with points, get the fifth night free.
This new all-inclusive resort is equipped with a spa, fitness center, two pools (one of which is an ocean-front infinity pool), and 13 on-site dining options ranging from Caribbean to Japanese cuisine. Enjoy onsite activities like sunrise yoga or visit nearby sites like the Hoyo Claro Cenote.
Your points book you into a king or double king room with either a tropical or ocean view. Each room includes a living area, patio, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, Dubai (Marriott)
Situated in the desert just an hour outside of the glitz of Dubai, you'll find the Al Maha, A Luxury Collection Desert Resort and Spa.
It's one of the most sought-after and aspirational properties bookable with Marriott Bonvoy points, with just 42 villas – each with its own private pool overlooking the conservation reserve. And yes, it's an all-inclusive resort with food, and daily activities included that can easily save you hundreds.

The Al Maha used to be bookable from 70,000 to 85,000 Marriott Bonvoy points a night, but now, it'll run you north of 98,000 points each night.
The only things not included in the rate are spa services and alcoholic beverages.

Kimpton Tres Rios Riviera Maya (IHG)
The Kimpton Tres Rios in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, is an all-inclusive resort set to open later this summer. This should be the perfect home base to lounge on the beaches of the Riviera Maya.

Last year, we found nights bookable for as low as 70,000 IHG points, but most nights cost 90,000 IHG points (or more).
This is a brand-new resort and the first-ever Kimpton all–inclusive. If you ask us, Kimpton properties are among the best in IHG’s portfolio. And given that nights here sell for $500 or more, this would be a solid use of IHG points.

You'll be staying in a king room with a view of the mangroves out of your private balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor soaker tub.
Enjoy the Italian, Asian or Mexican cuisine in any of the seven restaurants as well as unlimited drinks at the five bars and fun activities like snorkeling or kayaking. Your points cover it all, including taxes.
Bottom Line
If you've got a pool of points in your hotel loyalty accounts, consider splurging on one of these all-inclusive resorts when planning your next trip.
