From U.S. carriers like Delta and Frontier to international airlines Air France/KLM and ITA Airways, American Express is out with a handful of great offers that could help you save on your next flight – or earn you some additional Membership Rewards points.
Amex offers are targeted, so not every traveler will see them in their Amex accounts. The best offers are usually found on *amex platinum* and *amex gold*, but have also been found on other Amex products. Log into your American Express account and check to see if they're listed among your offers. We're seeing offers from Delta, Air France/KLM, Frontier, and Cathay Pacific on cards that earn Membership Rewards points and even on some co-branded Delta cards.
Keep in mind that these Amex offers aren't just for one transaction. You can reach the spending requirement over multiple purchases with these airlines as long as you make them before the expiration date.
Here are all the Amex offers for airlines to score some major savings on airfare for any upcoming trips you're considering booking this year or next.
Best Airline Amex Offers
Delta
Delta and American Express have teamed up for an Amex offer that's fitting for the holiday season. Buy $300 or more in Delta gift cards and you'll get 4,500 additional Membership Rewards points.
Whether you want to gift the card to yourself or someone else, these are easy Amex points to earn which you could redeem for flights through Amex's travel portal, send to Amex transfer partners, or turn into Delta SkyMiles.
Air France/KLM
Planning a trip to France, the Netherlands, or anywhere else in Europe? American Express has a great offer for flights with Air France or KLM. Spend at least $1,000 or more with either airline and get 20,000 bonus Amex points, on top of any points you'd earn for spending on your Amex card.
ITA Airways
Heading to Italy instead of France? Amex also has an offer on any flights you book with Italian carrier ITA Airways. Spend $1,000 or more with ITA Airways and get 17,500 additional Amex points.

Cathay Pacific
Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific is one of the best airlines flying to Asia, but the flights aren't often the cheapest. With this Amex offer, you'll get $175 back as a statement credit after spending $1,000 or more with the airline. A roundtrip ticket to Asia should do the trick.
Frontier
American Express is also out with an offer for Frontier helping you save even more on already cheap fares with on the ultra-low-cost carrier. Spend $200 with Frontier and get $40 back after as a statement credit.
When you consider Frontier charges for nearly everything from seat selection to baggage fees, making a cheap fare… well, not so cheap compared to major airlines, those are some decent savings.
Where to Find Amex Offers
If you haven’t used Amex Offers before, simply log into your American Express account and scroll down near the bottom of the screen and there should be a box called Amex Offers & Benefits. You can do this when logged into your Amex account on either the desktop version of the site or the mobile app.
If you're using the desktop version of the American Express website, you'll find Amex Offers about halfway down the homepage. Here, you can view all the Amex Offers that are currently available, see which ones you've already added to your card, and even review your lifetime savings with the Amex Offers program.
If you're logged in to your account on a mobile device using the Amex app, you'll find a tab at the bottom with all your available Amex Offers.
Just remember that if you have multiple Amex cards, you'll need to toggle through them all, as the offers will be different for each card. If you see an offer you like, simply add the offer to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card.
You could receive a statement credit within a few days of making a purchase, but often you'll have to wait a full credit card cycle or two for it to post. This goes for earning bonus Amex points as well.
Thrifty Tip: Amex displays a maximum of 100 offers at a time. If you're not seeing the one you want, try adding a handful to your card, logging out, and then logging back in to see if you get some new ones!

Bottom Line
Amex Offers like these can be great ways to save money on flights. And we haven't seen this many being offered for airlines at once in a while.
Check your various American Express credit cards for these offers, then add them to your card, and make your purchases before the expiration date.
But act fast! These offers can change daily or vanish when many travelers add them to their cards, so add them now before they disappear.
