There’s a brand-new business class seat flying across the Atlantic – and it’s already turning heads.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the chance to experience SWISS’s brand-new flagship business class seat on the carrier's Airbus A350-900, flying from Zurich (ZRH) to Montreal (YUL).

Dubbed SWISS Senses, the cabin is a massive upgrade from the airline’s older business class seats on its Airbus A330s and even the (somewhat) newer Boeing 777s. The design is sleek, modern, and distinctly SWISS – but under the surface it shares its DNA with Lufthansa’s new Allegris seats.

After spending several hours flying home from Europe, I walked away seriously impressed. In fact, this might be one of the nicest business class seats I’ve flown in a long time.

The suite felt incredibly spacious, with tons of personal storage and some clever tech features that make the whole experience feel much more premium. From the layout to the little design touches, it’s a huge leap forward for SWISS.

Even better? I didn’t pay thousands of dollars for the ticket. I booked this flight entirely with points.

In the full YouTube review, I walk through the seat, the food, the service, and exactly how I booked this brand-new business class experience – including how many points it cost.
