Amex is out with a great new offer that's sure to save you money on your next Uber ride or Uber Eats order – or several of them.
With this Amex Offer, you'll get 50% back in statement credits on purchases with either Uber or Uber Eats, for a total of up to $25 back. Take a $50 Uber ride and you'll get $25 right back – or you can use this offer on several rides or Uber Eats orders until you get $25 back.
Like all Amex Offers, this is targeted – it may not be available to all Amex cardholders. It seems many (though not all) cardholders with *amex platinum* and the *amex gold* have got it. While we're not currently seeing it on co-branded cards from Delta, Hilton, or Marriott, it's worth checking.
Log into your Amex account and see you've got it? Just add it, then use that card for your next Uber rides or Uber Eats orders until you've earned the maximum $25 back.
This one is valid through Dec. 31, which gives you plenty of time to put it to use even if Uber isn't part of your regular routine.
If you haven't used Amex Offers before, think of them as digital coupons exclusively for Amex cardholders for purchases like airfare or hotels as well as dining, entertainment, or everyday shopping. Add one of these to your Amex card, use that card to book an eligible Hilton stay, and Amex will give you money right back for the discount within a few days as a statement credit on your account.
This is a big win for cardholders who have this offer on *amex platinum* or the *amex gold*: You can stack it with either card's monthly Uber Cash benefit. The Amex Platinum provides up to $15 each month toward Uber (and up to $35 in December to end the year) and the Amex Gold gives cardholders up to $10 each month. This Amex offer will only kick in after you've used up those monthly allotments.
A few things to be aware of, though: This offer is only valid on Uber and Uber Eats purchases in the U.S, so it won't work internationally. And this offer won't work for Uber Freight, Uber One subscription fees, Uber for Business, Drive with Uber, gift cards, or Lime transactions.

Where to Find Amex Offers
If you haven’t used Amex Offers before, simply log into your American Express account and scroll down near the bottom of the screen and there should be a box called Amex Offers & Benefits. You can do this when logged into your Amex account on either the desktop version of the site or the mobile app.
If you're using the desktop version of the American Express website, you'll find Amex Offers about halfway down the homepage. Here, you can view all the Amex Offers that are currently available, see which ones you've already added to your card, and even review your lifetime savings with the Amex Offers program.
If you're logged in to your account on a mobile device using the Amex app, you'll find a tab at the bottom with all your available Amex Offers.
Just remember that if you have multiple Amex cards, you'll need to toggle through them all, as the offers will be different for each card. If you see an offer you like, simply add the offer to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card. You should receive a statement credit for the offer within a few days of making a purchase.
Thrifty Tip: Amex displays a maximum of 100 offers at a time. If you're not seeing the one you want, try adding a handful to your card, logging out, and then logging back in to see if you get some new ones!

This is a great new Amex Offer to save an easy $25 on an upcoming Uber or Uber Eats order.
The offer is valid until Dec. 31, so even if you don't have a need to use Uber or Uber Eats in the immediate future, it could still come in handy by the end of the year. But act fast by adding it to your card: Amex Offers like these tend to disappear quickly as travelers gobble them up.
