Hyatt is easily the most valuable and lucrative hotel chain out there if you're looking to earn hotel points and use them for free hotel nights. But the big knock against Hyatt is that its network of hotels is a fraction the size of giants like Marriott or Hilton.
Partnerships with M Life properties in Las Vegas, Alila, Small and Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), and other small hotel chains help increase your options for earning and redeeming World of Hyatt points. And Hyatt's reach with SLH is getting even deeper.
Hyatt announced Wednesday that it had added roughly 50 more SLH resorts and boutique hotels and to the fold, bringing the total number of SLH hotels to 250. Hyatt has steadily added more and more of the 500-some SLH properties to its portfolio over the last year, and that should continue.
These latest additions span from budget-friendly options in Azerbaijan and central Mexico to a pool villa on your own private island off the coast of Koh Samui, Thailand called Cape Fahn – bookable for just 20,000 points per night!
There are several new additions throughout the U.S.; a handful throughout Italy, Austria, and Switzerland; and even a few properties in Santorini, Greece. Here's the full list of all 49 new SLH properties now in the Hyatt fold, along with their World of Hyatt categories.
