Chase just launched a new limited-time partnership with the fitness tracking company WHOOP that gives Chase Sapphire cardholders a sizable discount – or even a free year – on the company’s platform.
Through May 12, eligible cardholders can activate this deal through Chase Offers and receive statement credits on WHOOP annual memberships.

WHOOP is a wearable fitness and health-tracking platform built on a subscription model. Instead of buying a device outright as you would with an Apple Watch, members pay for access to the platform and receive a wearable band as part of that membership. The device continuously tracks metrics like sleep performance, recovery, daily strain, heart rate, steps, and much more.
Here’s how it breaks down:
- *chase sapphire reserve* cardholders can get $359 back when they purchase a WHOOP Life annual membership for $359.
- *chase sapphire preferred* cardholders can get $100 back on any WHOOP annual membership with a minimum spend of $149.
Because the WHOOP Life annual plan costs $359, Sapphire Reserve cardholders who activate the offer and complete the purchase will effectively get the first year free.
This Chase offer can be redeemed once per eligible cardmember and must be activated before purchase. Further, transactions need to be made directly through Whoop.com by the May 12 deadline.
Existing WHOOP members may also be able to take advantage of the deal by applying it at renewal or gifting an annual membership.
Where to Find Chase Offers
To activate the deal, log in to your Chase account online or through the Chase mobile app and navigate to your eligible Sapphire card. You'll need to scroll down to the section labeled “Chase Offers.” You’ll see a list of available, targeted deals tied to your card. Find the WHOOP offer and click “Add to Card” before making your purchase.
Bottom Line
Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders can get $359 back on a WHOOP Life annual membership, effectively making the first year free. Sapphire Preferred cardholders can get $100 back on an annual membership.
The offer must be activated through Chase Offers and expires May 12. If WHOOP – or any fitness tracking technology – has been on your radar and you hold a Sapphire card, this is the cheapest way we’ve seen to try it.
