Have a Capital One card in your wallet? Check your email inbox. Capital One is out with a new offer to earn a bunch of bonus Venture Miles when you eat out at any one of a number of top restaurants in the U.S.

This offer appears to be targeted at select cardholders. It's not a ton of miles, but Capital One miles are some of the most valuable transferrable points and miles there are when it comes to redeeming them for travel. Since Capital One miles can be used to offset any travel purchase at a rate of one cent per mile, this offer is worth at least $25. But you can likely get far greater value out of your 2,500-mile bonus by transferring to one of Capital One's slew of travel partners.

And while this offer is targeted, it does appear to be widely available – specifically to those who haven't previously used Capital One Dining to book a reservation or dining experience. Still, even if you weren't targeted, it's worth logging in to Capital One Dining to see if the offer becomes available for you there.

Who Can Access Capital One Dining?

Anyone with a Capital One branded rewards card will be able access to Capital One Dining. That means if you have a travel rewards card like the *venture x*, the *capital one venture card*, or even the no-annual fee *capital one ventureone* or *capone savorone* you're good to go.

Unfortunately, Capital One debit cards, private label retail credit cards, and co-branded cards like the Capital One Walmart® Card are not eligible for Capital One Dining at this time.

Cardholders can get on the Capital One Dining platform to search for restaurants and make reservations through their Capital One account – including the mobile app.

Bottom Line

Capital One is out with a targeted offer to earn 2,500 bonus Venture Miles when you book a restaurant reservation through Capital One Dining, so long as you book before Dec. 31 and dine by March 31, 2024.

While it's clearly an effort to promote Capital One's exclusive restaurant reservation platform, it's still a great way to earn some bonus Capital One miles, some of the most valuable points and miles you can redeem for travel.
