Chase is out with limited-time Chase Offers that can help you 15% on stays at (some) Marriott hotels through the end of the month.
With this offer, you can spend $100 or more at select Marriott brands and get 15% back as a statement credit. Depending on the brand, you can save up to $75 with this offer – meaning a $500 hotel stay would cost you just $425 after the rebate.
So far, we've seen offers for TownePlace Suites, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, and Renaissance hotel brands. But these are all targeted offers, so there could be even more out there.
And even though these offers expire on March 31, you don't need to check-out by then. The terms state you simply need to complete your payment by that date, meaning you could book a prepaid rate – or call the hotel and apply an early payment – for stays later this year or even into next.
Psst … stack this money-saving offer with Marriott's current promotion to get 2,500 bonus points, plus an extra elite night per brand!
Again, offers like these are targeted, so they won't be available for every cardholder. That said, this one seems to be pretty widely available whether you've got the *chase sapphire preferred* or the no-annual-fee *chase freedom unlimited*. You might even see it on co-branded cards like the *united explorer* or the *world of hyatt card*.
Unlike Amex Offers, you can add the same offer to multiple Chase cards (if available) and split the payment to get an even bigger discount.
If it's there, simply add it to your Chase card. Then use that card to pay for an eligible Marriott hotel before March 31 (remember, you don't actually have to stay by this date), and Chase will give you money right back as a statement credit on your account – usually within a few days, though the offer terms state it may take up to 30 days.
Thrifty Tip: Use this Chase Offer to save on pricey food costs and seaplane transfers at a property like the Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa.
Given that this offer is only available at select Marriott hotels, you'll need to pick your property wisely if you plan to put it to use. TownePlace Suites are a budget-friendly hotel brand with lots of properties around the country – perfect for roadtrips and sporting events. Renaissance and Le Méridien hotels skew more mid-tier and would be great for a city stay.
Where to Find Chase Offers
If you haven't used Chase Offers before, think of them as digital coupons exclusively for Chase cardholders for purchases like airfare or hotels, as well as dining, entertainment, or everyday shopping.
To check whether you're targeted, simply log in to your Chase app and scroll down near the bottom of the screen – there should be a box labeled “Chase Offers”.
If you're using the desktop version of the Chase website, you'll find Chase Offers about halfway down the homepage, on the right-hand side. Here, you can view all the offers that are currently available, see which ones you've already added to your card(s), and even review your lifetime savings with the Chase Offers program.
Just remember that if you have multiple Chase cards, you'll need to toggle through them all, since the offers can differ for each card. If you see an offer you like, simply add it to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card. You should receive a statement credit for the offer within a few days of making a purchase.
Bottom Line
These Chase Offers for select Marriott hotel bookings are a great way to save big on an upcoming stay.
With up to 15% back on hotel stays of $100 or more, you could save as much as $75 at the right Marriott property. Just be sure to add this offer to your Chase card (or cards) and put it to use at an eligible property before March 31.
Even if you don't have a stay planned before the expiration date, you can book a prepaid rate or try calling the hotel to pay in advance.
