When Chase unveiled ‘The Edit' hotel collection earlier this summer as part of its major update to the *chase sapphire reserve* – along with a hefty fee hike to annual_fees – the bank promised something big: a curated collection of more than 1,000 luxury and boutique hotels with elite-style perks and a new, up to $500 in annual credit to use toward those stays – split into two $250 credits cardholders receive each half year.
There was just one issue: For months, cardholders couldn’t actually see which hotels were part of The Edit℠ unless they searched individual cities and dates one by one to see if anything popped up.
Chase promoted the program as its answer to Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts® and the Capital One Premier Collection, complete with daily breakfast for two, a $100 property credit, space-available upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and even the option to redeem Ultimate Rewards® points at a boosted 2 cents apiece through the new Points Boost feature. But the list of participating properties was nowhere to be found. Travelers were left guessing which hotels were eligible – or whether Chase had even finished building the program.
That problem appears to finally be solved.
According to a user in the r/ChaseSapphire subreddit, who first spotted the change, the full Edit hotel list is now live and searchable within Chase Travel℠.

How to Find the Full List of Chase's ‘The Edit' Hotels
Sapphire Reserve and *sapphire reserve for business* cardholders can now see all Edit properties by first logging into your online Chase account via the website or mobile app.
From here, you'll need to head to the Ultimate Rewards® dashboard and click on the “Travel” dropdown in the navigation panel. From here, you'll need to select the option to “Book Travel”.
Once on the Chase Travel homepage, you'll need to scroll about halfway down the page. Here, you'll find a section titled “Discover The Edit by Chase Travel℠.” Click on “Discover The Edit” to see the full list of properties.
Finally, you land on the following page. Click on “See All Stays.”
Once you're here, you'll see a full list of ‘The Edit' properties sorted alphabetically by country. As of publication, Chase lists 1,371 hotels that are a part of ‘The Edit' collection.
You'll also have the ability to filter by the different collections within ‘The Edit' as well as geographic regions. From here, you can drill down into specific countries. As you can see from the screenshot below, Europe & North America make up a bulk of the 1,371 properities.
A Refresher on How ‘The Edit' Credit Works
Both the Chase Sapphire Reserve® and Sapphire Reserve® for Business come with an up to $500 annual The Edit credit, one of the marquee benefits added during Chase’s big refresh this summer. But it doesn’t work quite like a standard travel credit. Instead of getting the full $500 at once, Chase splits it into two $250 semi-annual credits:
- Up to $250 for Edit bookings made Jan. 1–June 30
- Up to $250 for Edit bookings made July 1–Dec. 31
To trigger the credit, your stay must meet all of the following requirements:
- Booked through The Edit in Chase Travel
- Prepaid “Pay Now” rates only
- A minimum of two nights is required to trigger the credit
- Charged to your Sapphire Reserve or Reserve for Business
Because Edit properties skew high-end, it’s rare to find a two-night booking that fits entirely within the $250 credit. That means most cardholders will pay something out of pocket – but the perks like complimentary breakfast and a $100 property credit can make it worth the hassle and extra expense for many.
Credits typically post within a few days, though Chase says it can take up to six to eight weeks. And importantly, authorized user purchases count, so a secondary cardholder’s The Edit booking can also trigger the credit.
What’s Changing with the Edit Credit in 2026
Chase is already tweaking how The Edit credit works for next year – and the changes should make it far easier for Sapphire Reserve and Reserve for Business cardholders to actually use. It's also an indication that Chase's refresh of the Sapphire Reserve isn't going as well as the bank had hoped.
Starting Jan. 1, 2026, the up to $500 The Edit credit is still split into two chunks … but they’re no longer tied to the calendar. Instead of having to use one credit in the first half of the year and the other in the second, cardholders will be able to use both credits at any time throughout the year. They’ll still only apply to prepaid, two-night The Edit stays and still cap out at $250 per booking, but the added flexibility is a significant improvement.
Chase is also offering a one-time $250 hotel credit for 2026 on prepaid bookings with select hotel brands through Chase Travel, including IHG, Omni, Virgin Hotels, Montage, Pendry, Minor Hotels, and Pan Pacific. Like the Edit credit, these bookings require a minimum two-night stay. And for these brands specifically, Chase now says cardholders will earn both Ultimate Rewards® points and the hotel chain’s own loyalty points when booking through Chase Travel.
Put together, Sapphire Reserve cardmembers could get up to $750 back on hotel stays in 2026 … assuming they’re willing to prepay for two-night stays booked through Chase Travel.

Bottom Line
After months of confusion, Chase has finally published the full list of The Edit hotels – revealing 1,371 properties across five regions. For the first time, Sapphire Reserve cardholders can browse the entire lineup, filter by destination or curated collection, and actually understand where their perks are available.
With the program now fully visible, travelers can more easily decide whether The Edit properties fit their plans, how to best use the up to $500 in annual credits, and – starting in 2026 – how to stack even more hotel savings with Chase’s upcoming tweaks.
If you’ve been waiting to make sense of Chase’s new luxury hotel program, this is a welcome change.
