- The Black Visions Collective, a Black, Trans, and Queer-led grassroots organization and the Minnesota chapter of Black Lives Matter that is pivotal in organizing the fight for justice and equality on the ground in our home state.
- The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which stands up for marginalized communities, voting rights, and First Amendment rights everywhere.

George Floyd's killing at the hands of Minneapolis police last week was tragic but all-too-familiar, just the latest in a string of officer-involved deaths of black men and women.
