Hyatt has a partnership with M Life hotels in Las Vegas like Aria, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and more. It means you can use Hyatt points to book a stay on the Las Vegas Strip or earn Hyatt points when you pay for your stay. And it just got a bit sweeter.

Hyatt is running a promotion through Dec. 28, giving double points for nightly stays at all 12 M Life Las Vegas properties. So rather than the stand 5x points per $1 spent, you’d get 10 World of Hyatt points per $1. Just register through Hyatt’s promotional page before you book. And don’t forget to enter your World of Hyatt membership number on your reservation.

But it could get even better. You can stack this Las Vegas-specific deal with the ongoing, Hyatt-wide promotion for double points after your first night.  So if you stay more than one night on the Strip, you would essentially earn 10x points per $1 spent on your first night, and 15x points thereafter!

Here’s an example, using a three-night stay at the Mirage over a long weekend in October.

For these three days alone, you’d earn a total of 8,610 World of Hyatt points – 2,910 for the first night, and another 6,420 points for Saturday and Sunday.

Here’s the full list of Las Vegas properties that qualify:

  • ARIA Resort and Casino
  • Bellagio Las Vegas
  • Delano Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay
  • Excalibur Hotel and Casino
  • Luxor Hotel and Casino
  • Mandalay Bay
  • MGM Grand Hotel and Casino
  • New York New York Hotel and Casino
  • Park MGM Las Vegas
  • The Signature at MGM Grand
  • The Mirage Hotel and Casino
  • Vdara Hotel and Spa

Bottom Line

Hyatt has the most valuable points among the different hotel chains, and it’s not particularly close. Earning double – or more – on a trip to Las Vegas is a big win.
