[Amex Offer] Spend $60 & Get $20 Back At Google Express (33% Off)
This morning, American Express added a great new Amex Offer that many people should be able to take advantage of. Spend $60 or more at Google Express by 7/1/18 and get $20 back. This offer is targeted, as I was only able to pull it up on two of my wife’s cards. Make sure to check all of your American Express cards as there is also an offer for spending $60 get 2,000 Membership Rewards points if you have an Amex card that earns Membership Rewards.
If you are not familiar with Google Express, it is very similar to Amazon Prime. However, the items are stocked from local stores. Google Express offers free overnight delivery on eligible orders over $15 when you shop at national, regional, and local stores. In fact, you can even buy items from Costco without a Costco membership if you are willing to pay a small access fee. For a full list of stores eligible for Google Express, visit this link.
Thrifty Tip #1: New to Google Express? Use promo code DAD2020 at checkout to receive 20% (max of $20). This will stack with the $20 Amex offer as well!
Where to find Amex Offers
If you haven’t used Amex Offers before, simply log into your American Express account and scroll down near the bottom of the screen and there should be a box called Amex Offers & Benefits (this is available through the Amex mobile app as well). If you see an offer you like, simply add the offer to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card. You should receive a statement credit for the offer within a few days of making a purchase.
Thrifty Tip #2: If you have several Amex credit cards you can get this offer on each card by using the Amex offers loophole! Normally Amex will only allow you to add the offer to one card.
I’m a fan of Amex offers because they’re basically free money for spending I am going to do anyhow. They also represent another way to justify the cost of a credit card annual fee. Make sure to check your various American Express credit cards because each one can have different offers. It looks like this Google Express offer is highly targeted. The offers change almost daily, so add this one now before it disappears.
