Amex Offer: Save up to $60 on $300+ of Delta Flights
If you’ve got cards like Platinum Card from American Express or the American Express Gold card, here’s an easy way to save some cash on Delta flights. American Express has added a new offer allowing cardholders to save $60 on $300 or more in flights purchased through Delta, Doctor of Credit reports.
These offers are targeted, so you’ll have to log in to your American Express account and scroll through the available Amex Offers to see if you’re eligible. Some users may also be eligible for a slightly smaller offer, getting a $40 credit on purchases of $200 or more with Delta.
Just add the offer to your card and be sure to use that card to buy Delta flights by Nov. 12, 2019. Only flights originating in the U.S. will be eligible for the credit statement, and Amex warns that gift cards and in-flight purchases won’t be eligible.
It’s worth noting that you don’t need to make $200 to $300 in purchases in one transaction to earn these statement credits. So long as your Delta purchases meet the threshold by Nov. 12, the statement credit should kick in.
Where to Find Amex Offers
If you haven’t used Amex Offers before, simply log into your American Express account and scroll down near the bottom of the screen and there should be a box called Amex Offers & Benefits (this is available through the Amex mobile app as well). If you see an offer you like, simply add the offer to the card and make a qualifying purchase at that business with your card. You should receive a statement credit for the offer within a few days of making a purchase.

Amex Offers are great as they offer an easy way to earn cash (or extra points) back on spending you’re doing anyway. If you’ve got some Delta flights you need to buy, use this offer to save up to $60!
