What’s the moderation policy? Only what’s favorable to TT?

Good point, we will develop a comment moderation policy. We typically only delete comments that do not directly address the topic of the post. Look through the comments across the site and you’ll see we approve plenty that are not favorable to TT – including some of yours!

My original comment was only about the topic of the post. Why wasn’t it posted? Don’t offer a comment opportunity to readers if there is not a policy to decide what you approve for post or not. and ensure said policy has been communicated and is transparent. I have lost faith in a travel site that pushes American Airlines flights and AA branded credit cards. AA fares are so cheap b/c so many people are booking away from AA. Perhaps post the fares but with a disclaimer*this airlines has a lot of operational issues currently, fly them at your own risk. I have better reliability and experiences with Sprit compared to AA, on newer aircraft.

    • Kyle Potter says:

As we’ve said time and time and time again, often in response to your comments, we promote AA miles and those cards almost exclusively because they’re great to book airlines OTHER than AA itself – Qatar, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, etc.
